FIEO RCMC
FIEO is the apex body of Indian export promotion councils and issues RCMCs to exporters whose products do not fall under a specific commodity council, to multi-product exporters, and to service exporters. It is the sensible default when no sector council fits.

Who needs it
Multi-product exporters spanning several schedules, service exporters, merchant exporters, and anyone whose product has no dedicated council. If a specific council covers your product, that council is usually the better registration.

If a commodity council covers your product, take theirs — the schemes and buyer connections are more relevant. FIEO is the right choice for multi-product exporters, service exporters and products with no dedicated council.
Can a service exporter get an RCMC?
Yes. FIEO registers service exporters, which matters for claiming benefits under the services schemes of the foreign trade policy.
How much does FIEO registration cost?
A one-time processing fee plus an annual membership fee that rises with export turnover, both with GST. We pass the council's charges through at actuals and quote our service fee separately.
